Hi,
Body Blissmas and a Happy New Rear is a program I invented because the little life-raft I've been floating on collidied with a perfect storm of ideas. Lightning flashed and DUH-worthy realization sunk in as I realized that the tools I have been teaching Kaizen Muse creativity coaches to use with blocked creative individuals can also be applied to help people tormented by the need to eat better for weight loss, healthy longevity, creative energy, and sanity but are having trouble doing it due to resistance, wavering discipline, and deep seated emotional stuff attached to food and/or success. The perfect storm for me was the convergence of creativity, coaching wellness, food, movement, humor, art, triumphanting over obstacles, resistance and crankiness into one cresting aha moment that these are all passions of mine and damn if there isn't a need for that combination in keeping us young, vibrant and mentally brilliant especially when obesity related illness and sloth is on the rise. Wow, can I write run-on sentence or what?
In this blog, I'd like to share how the Blissmas program and its tools are working for me. I've been using them since last summer, but making a life time change that sticks takes time so I'll catch you up quickly. Just keep watching. You'll see how creative thinking and action, humor and art, imagination and ingenuity can not only make wellness and weight loss more long-lasting and do-able, but also makes it more fun and therefore more long-lasting and doable. Not to be redundant.. I take that back, in this program redundancy is one of the chief success tools as reminders are vital in order for us to stay out of denial, avoidance, and just plain obliviousness.
